The Site is owned and operated by BlackMatter Builders and Developers LLP (LLPIN ACM-5418, GSTIN 32ABEFB5263H1ZP), with its registered office at 19/296/A, B Company Tower, NH544, above Car Club Exotic Machines, Thrissur, Kerala 680306.

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial information about our group and our brands. You may view, download and print content for personal reference, provided all proprietary notices remain intact.

Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any of our marks, brands or content other than as expressly permitted in these Terms. Third-party trade marks shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

4. Accuracy of information

The Site presents information about our group, our brands and our capabilities. We take reasonable care to keep this current, but:

  • Renderings, floor plans, specifications and brochures are indicative only.Final design, materials, dimensions, finishes and amenities may change at our or the relevant project owner’s discretion, or as required by approving authorities.
  • Project images may include artist’s impressions, conceptual visualisations or photographs from prior engagements used for illustrative purposes — these do not represent any specific for-sale offering on this Site.
  • Sales of any project are governed by the actual booking documents, allotment letter and agreement to sell for that project, which prevail over anything on this Site in case of conflict.
  • Project listings and brand availability are managed by the respective sub-brands on their own websites; please refer to those sites for current project information.

5. No offer or solicitation

Information on this Site is for general communication only. It does not constitute an offer, invitation to offer, solicitation or commitment of any kind from BlackMatter Builders and Developers LLP or its sub-brands.

6. Third-party links

The Site links out to our sub-brand websites and to other external sources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites. Linking is provided for convenience only and does not imply endorsement.
